As part of our on-going program to keep customer data safe, we’re proud to announce that Provet Cloud has achieved Cyber Essentials accreditation.

Cyber Essentials helps safeguard against the most common forms of cyber attack, providing peace of mind that data is protected against a wide range of security threats. The scheme is highly effective and regarded as a benchmark for information security good practice. Originally launched in 2014, Cyber Essentials requirements were significantly updated in January 2022 to reflect the new, emerging and increasingly sophisticated cyber threats in today’s digital world. To achieve accreditation, businesses must be able to demonstrate that they consistently meet stringent technical requirements across a wide range of IT applications and environments.

Janne Huttunen, Chief Innovation Officer and Co-Founder of Provet Cloud’s parent company, Nordhealth, said,

‘Given the nature of our business and the sensitive data we hold on behalf of our clients, the need to provide protection against cyber threats is critical. This certification is just one of the elements of our continuous journey to securely maintain customer data. We'll continue to seek improvements on workflows and technical tools in order to match the needs of a world where security risks are a constant threat and continuously growing.’
