What's New in Provet - Spring 2026: See What We've Been Building

The Provet team doesn’t stand still. Q1 2026 has brought a significant wave of new features to the Provet workspace — from a redesigned consultation page to AI-powered scribe actions that turn clinical notes into follow-up tasks. On Wednesday, May 6, we’re hosting a live session to walk through all of it.

What’s New in Provet — Spring 2026 is a one-hour, interactive webinar where you can see every major update live, from the people who built them. No release notes. No polished slide decks. The actual product, working, in real time — with context straight from the team closest to the work.

What we’ll cover

Six features are on the agenda, each getting a dedicated before-and-after walkthrough plus a live demo:

New Consultation Page
The consultation workflow has been redesigned from the ground up to match how your team actually moves through a visit. Expect a cleaner layout, a more logical flow, and fewer clicks to get to what you need.

Online Booking
Updates to Provet’s online booking experience change how clients schedule appointments and what your team sees on the back end. We’ll show you exactly what’s different and what your clients will notice.

Invoice Reports
A new reports module makes it easier to pull, filter, and export the financial data you need — without exporting raw data into a spreadsheet. See how the data warehouse approach gives practice managers more control and flexibility.

AI Scribe Actions
Provet’s AI scribe now goes beyond transcription. When documenting a consultation, the scribe can identify and generate follow-up tasks automatically — prescriptions, reminders, callbacks — without your team having to create them manually afterward.

Conversations
Conversations is Provet’s new client communications hub. It brings inbound and outbound messaging into the workspace so your team manages client interactions without switching between tools.

Home Delivery
Practice teams can now authorize repeat medications to be delivered directly to pet owners’ doors. This reduces friction for clients managing long-term treatments and frees up front desk time spent handling repeat prescription calls.

Plus a roadmap sneak peek

Amy Barker, VP of Product at Provet, will close the feature walkthroughs with a look at what’s coming next. If you want to see where the product is headed before it ships, this is where you’ll hear it first.

Why join live?

Each feature gets a demo from the person who built it — not a marketing summary, but a real walkthrough with the depth and context that only comes from being that close to the work. The session closes with a live Q&A, so you can ask about anything covered or raise a question specific to your practice.

Whether you’re an existing Provet user looking to get more out of recent updates or you’re exploring the workspace for the first time, the session is open to everyone.

Date: Wednesday, May 6, 2026
